Virtual Doula Services: Birth & Postpartum
Includes:
2 Prenatal zoom meetings
3 postpartum zoom meetings
evidence based information sessions
(pregnancy, stages of labor and postpartum)
support via text, email, phone for up to 3 months postpartum
Postpartum Only:
Continuous support up to 12 weeks postpartum ( 3 months)
Evidence based information on postpartum healing and recovery
Educating on proper care and safety for newborn
Actively caring for the newborn while birth person and family rests
Birth Only Services In Person:
Includes:
2 prenatal visits
2 postpartum visits within first 4 weeks after birth
Support up to 1-2 hours after delivery
Zoom call sessions, 1 for each trimester
(Include evidence based information on comfort measures, pain management, techniques and knowing the difference between the stages of labor)
On-call from 38-42 weeks
Birth & Postpartum (In Person):
Everything including in the virtual session above, just including an in-person aspect with interpersonal communication and support. Please note that you will be able to contact your doula at all times/outside of scheduled times during our time together.
Consultations are FREE
Let’s chat! In this session I will inform you about what a doula is and our duties to you. We will also go over any questions and concerns regarding service packages. From there we will start our lovely journey together!
